Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If more than 15 days have gone by since your purchase of our product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We'll refund your order with no questions asked, if you're able to send back the product with packaging back to us, unused and fixed, within 15 days from the delivery. GRRIND COFFEE doesn't hold any liability to pick up the product unless in some special cases.

To be qualified for a return, only if the product is unused and in the very condition that you got it. It should likewise be in the first packaging.

GRRIND COFFEE won't take return any product that is already used or tampered. Refund will be generated after all the checks have been done.

Returns are not accepted for Gift Items, only the original product will be elible for return. Also, only regular priced products will be eligible for return, unfortunately sale items can not be returned.

Refunds

Once the product is received by GRRIND COFFEE, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In case of COD, we'll issue a cheque or send by IMPS whichever is convenient to you.

If the refund is approved, your amount will be reflected back to your original payment method or your account. The estimated timelines are detailed as below

  • Net Banking- 5-7 business days
  • Debit/Credit Cards- 4-7 business days
  • UPI- 2-4 business days
  • Amazon Pay (Wallet)- 5 business days
  • Amazon Pay (CC/DC/NB)- 5 business days        
In case of payment at the time of delivery, you are not required to pay in the following cases:
    1. Orders where packaging is either damaged or tampered;
    2. Wrong Product is delivered; or
    3. Product is missing from the order you are receiving.

Provided the same has been communicated to GRRIND COFFEE Customer Care before the product is marked as delivered.

All the rights and final decisions shall remains with GRRIND COFFEE. GRRIND COFFEE reserves the right to change it's Returns Policy, amend any Terms and Conditions at any time if required. Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding.

Refunds not received

In case of refund not received you are advised to check your bank account again. Please check timeline mentioned above to get clarity about the refund timeline because it vary for different payment methods. If refund is already processed from GRRIND COFFEE, you have to contact your bank authorities with Refund Reference Number provided by GRRIND COFFEE.

Cancellations

Cancellations can only be processed in case you have contacted us within 12 hours of placing the order online and before dispatch. Requests received after dispatch details and tracking code sharing will not be cancelled.
